Rewards and
Consequences
Every morning the student's name will be
placed on the number 0. If a student breaks a
rule, their name will be moved up to the next number.
If they get to the number 3, then they will fill out a refocus form and
the refocus form will be sent home to their parents. Appropriate behavior will be rewarded. If you would like to donate rewards to be used throughout the year, they would be greatly appreciated.

REFOCUS
Teachers are asked to keep on file
all refocus sheets and track student behavior in their classroom. If a student has not been refocused in a six
week period, you return to the first concern.
First Concern: Refocus and form sent home to parent
Second Concern: Refocus and student and/or teacher call to parents
Third Concern: Refocus
and meeting arranged with parent/student/counselor/administrator/teachers
Discipline Referral to Office
This will be sent after the third refocus and a plan of improvement has been
developed. If the problem is severe, the student will be sent to the office
with a refocus form.
